Tim Hortons

Absolutely the slowest Tim Hortons in Ontario. Only tolerable with app for in store pick up (I only get coffee and it still takes at least 5 or 10min but beats the 20 to 40min drive thru and out the door lines) I don't go here anymore since they stopped using the app last week. Theres faster coffee on high street and over by Roots gas bar anyhow 😜

Mornings and Evenings are always rather long in wait time. There are no coffee cup disposal bins available in the drive thru because people throw household garbage in them. I found out that Canada Day is almost impossible to get a coffee because people form long lines out the door as well as the drive thru.

Well 20 mins wait in a 6 person line, i believe this is the last. This is still the slowest Tim hortons I've been to. If this continues I think I'm going to stop drinking coffee and the mobile app is b.s. because everyone stops to fill these orders when there's already a huge line up it's like someone budding in line, it's quite rude.

An owner that truly cares for his staff and community, and it shows! Extremely friendly staff :) We pull up to order some drinks, get to the window and we are told “the owner just gave us $100 for the next bunch of orders”. So our order was free. What makes this even more genuine is we are going through something right now and when they told us it was free, my wife broke down crying. She explained why it meant so much to us (a loss of a family member), and the last drink we were waiting for was our iced coffee. When the lady brought it out to us, she wrote this on the iced coffee (see picture). Extremely grateful to have stopped by on our way to where we needed to go.
