Come to this McDonalds once or twice a year, mainly used as a first pitstop for our families journey to Cornwall, was a warm and friendly environment. Year after year always seems to be a very kind elderly member of staff was says hello to everyone when they come in and does a great job keeping the seating area tidy. Never a long wait for food had breakfast today. Quality brilliant as always.

A new addition to the Services on the M27 (Southampton Bound) is the McDonalds drive through. For those who would rather “Grab and Go” you now have the option to get your meal with minimum interaction, and simply sit in the car park while you eat!! Friendly efficient staff made our visit fast and pleasant. If you’d rather park up and wander indoors to use the facilities, the overall layout remains as it was, with restrooms (W/C’s) and shopping still available.

I stopped at this McDonald's on the way home from Calne Valley to get a short energy boost. I opted to get a cappuccino because I was feeling fatigued after travelling, and I was happy to see that it was made fresh and served by a kind staff. I really ordered ten coffees and teas, and every single one of them was equally fresh and fragrant. I requested some hot water, and the personnel immediately gave it to me. This was a welcome change, as in certain places it might be challenging to get anything as basic as a plastic cup for water. I strongly advise stopping by this McDonald's store if you're seeking for a fresh and filling cup of coffee.
