Bubble tea cafes are a bit like a Turkish barbers... there's about fifty on every high street and only one of them is any good.
Tea Rex is that one.
Tea is excellent. Macaroons are hands down the best I've had in my 32 years on earth.
Customer service is 'authentic', vibe of the place is great. 10/10

I really enjoyed this place. I think that there should be a little more of t-rex decoration. I think that would really provide a positive vibe with such a fun play on words. I had the oreo milk tea and it was delicious. I was so surprised with the cup it came in. It's a high quality cup. The made portion cost a little over 5 pounds.

First time buying from this place & it was really nice! I like my brown sugar milk tea so asked for it really sweet and it was perfect.

Got the Matcha Latte 50% sugar, less ice and tapioca pearls. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!
I went the first time today after being recommended by a friend.. no regrets.
Definitely top 3 of the best bubble tea places I’ve been! Atmosphere/shop interior is so aesthetic and pretty, the drink itself was 11/10, price was good.. and reusable cups!!! I was so surprised it’s in a reusable cups - makes a nice little memoir and climate conscious.

Cute bubble tea and cake shop! They offer a variety of bubble tea choices and toppings. Beautiful cakes and macaroons on display.
The matcha latte was delicous and blueberry cake was light and not too sweet.
100% would recommend!

Lots of options for bubble tea and good size of serving. Large size is too big in my opinion. Cakes are tasty and not too sweet which is a big plus

High quality, fast, polite service. This is the best boba place in Southampton !! I am officially in love. Everything is so cute and I love the cup top and bottom designs !!! Rawwwwr dinosaurs. The drink options are so interesting and taste great. The chocolate and baileys fluffy sponge was not too sweet and very flavourful. I am a super fan of this place now.

The cakes looked and more importantly TASTED amazing...like being back home ! Went straight for the Strawberry Shortcake and Almond Roll...definitely homemade. Had a lovely chat with the owner and wish them all the best. Can't wait to sit in next time and try more cakes and their boba 😋
