Top Catch

Literally 10 out of 10! First time ordering and the staff (scouse lady) and the other lad who were talking about how to make welsh cakes were very friendly and gave superb service. Nice atmosphere and you can tell the staff really enjoy being themselves. Portions were super large, in fact we had enough for our dinner the next day and the fishcake was the size of 3 standard ones you'd find anywhere else. Was very fresh, hot, tasty and reasonably priced! Would definitely come back again 👍

Best fish and chips we have had in Southampton in the 8 years we have lived here! Wished I’d got names … the lovely girl from Liverpool was so warm and friendly (never stop being friendly lol) taking our order, she made us feel really welcome. The young guy from Wales can cook a mean fish and chips, they were delish! We shall be back 100% and already told our friend when we saw them how good they were ☺️ Was a little cold sat eating in the shop, but that’s fine, it is more just a take away shop. Really lovely surprise - thanks for yummy food!

Came here with my family after a trip to west quay last week and the guy there was superb. My wife wanted fish but not the whole piece so done a nice small portion with her chips. My son loved it and the guy behind the counter was genuinely the most helpful server we've had in years. Will definitely be popping back next time we are there 😁

My favourite fish and chip shop, you get what you pay for and this is top quality. Food is made to order and not sitting under heat lamps there's providence from where the fish are caught to the farm the potatoes are grown. Owner is passionate about what he does, always great customer service. Must try!
