Have always had problems with the service at this Dunkin's - they never seem to get orders right and are so slow - but today I am making a comment because of hygiene. While looking at my receipt to correct my order, a server put her face *inches* from my face with her face mask all the way down below her mouth :( and the server making sandwiches had her mask below her nose the whole time I was in there. I don't want covid for Christmas!

Almost always a pleasant experience but every once in a while we get the same woman who is rude and doesn't understand customer service. Made us feel bad about ordering, answered her phone while in the middle of taking our order. Have seen her be rude and rolling her eyes at other customers for no reason. This place is so close to my house but yet I'd rather go somewhere else to avoid that awkward and rude conversation.

What joke of employees that work here. No one, not even employees wear masks. They always mess up my order and it’s always packed in there so you are hovering over other peoples stuff. Ew

This place is my preferred one. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very affectionate and the cuisine they offer is so good. I never decline to have a decent meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Atrocious excuse of a Dunkin’, the entire staff particularly early morning acts as though they are doing you a favor waiting on you. Corporate should take note!

I love Dunkin’ Donuts iced tea and flavored iced coffee- I must admit though that it is better in New England that it is in my state-
Donuts are an added plus but I tend to limit my intake- really miss the tuna and chicken salad sandwiches on a croissant- they were a good lunch pick me up!

Very inconsistent. Ordered a medium vanilla chai tea and it was less than halfway filled after waiting 10 minutes. The store shouldn't offer something it's employees can't make. The guy who took our order was very polite.
