Costa Coffee

Perfect coffee, tea and hot chocolate.. What's not to like? Friendly staff, good hygiene, clean toilets and easy wheelchair access for the disabled. The prices are fairly steep, but the coffee is very good, and worth the money. They also serve snacks, cakes, croissants and fruit and cold drinks, so there's a wide selection on offer in comparison to most coffee shops. Comes highly recommended

First time for a long time that I've been in here as normally go to utopia which is few doors up the road but I was with a family member in a wheelchair and it was more convenient for space to stop here for a coffee and I'm very glad I did the service was superb, extremely helpful and the lady who served me was professional and efficient in a way that didn't make me feel rushed I didn't have a points card so she started one up for me and explained how to register it at home and way points work The coffees we got were tasty without being too strong All in all a very happy visit definitely be going in here more often whether it be to sit in or take away Clean, friendly staff plus toilet facilities were adequate

This particular store is on the Southend High Street, quite close to the end of the walk.. It's a medium sized store, and almost always crowded. The staff are always polite and courteous irrespective of the crowd.. there's an exterior seating area as well with provision to smoke. The store is well maintained and clean.They stock foods like packed sandwiches, toasties and muffins in addition to their sweet baked goods.
