I ordered a chocolate frappuccino and it turned out amazing. Amazing friendly staff and I think her name was Chloe who made my drink. Lovely.😊😁

It was pretty busy, but there is plenty of seating. Drinks were quick and made accurately. Staff were friendly

The new Iced Brown Sugar Oat Espresso is delicious. The service was fast and the store is clean with lovely art on the walls. The store was fairy busy but there were plenty of seats available. One staff member was continually cleaning and sweeping which is much appreciated to have a clean store. I only have one complaint, I couldn't understand the cashier's accent, but that's on me.

Big shout out to a lovely member of staff ( Dean) that was super kind and was so helpful with our daughters and even surprised them with a free drink. Kindness goes far. Thank you so much!

Incredible service from a member of staff young ladies with tattoos believe her name was chloe x white mocha was on point highly recommended it and the venue 😊

Lovely seating area, although it's facing building works. Always a good coffee.

I like this store the staff are pretty friendly beverages are tasty. Only reason for the 4/5 out of five stars is they need to start taking cash again! Some people don't like using credit card all the time nearly every other Starbucks I've been to takes cash I don't see why this one doesn't. Southend is a popular place it should cater to all payment methods.
