We pre booked a large booking and they helped from start to finish. Very friendly, understanding and the staff were very accommodating. Food was delicious,
and we can't thank the staff enough. We will definitely be going back!
Took my friends son there yesterday for cod and chips ..turns out my favourite fish and chips restaurant is also his and his family's favourite too. I've been going there for years ! The food was delicious ! All the staff were very nice and friendly. Even being polite and professional to a difficult customer ! We will ba back again soon. We walked all the way up from leigh on sea for our dinner .
Went to Southend for a day out with the family. Got there parked up and went had some fun. Got a little hungry around 2pm and didn't want the stuff inside the theme park so walked along the front and found Neptune's. Got sat down straight away, staff were friendly but rushed, ordered some grub that would actually fill us up amd as expected it did. All the family were full. Decent, tasty food. Knocked off 1 star as the place could do with a refurb, lick of paint, hvac system cleaned on ceiling grid
Five stars. Nice place, their fish is good. The only thing I found rather funny was when I went to pay after eating, it took me a while to get their attention, it was like I wasn't there and as if they'd forgotten that I was at one of their tables.
I mean, it's like I could have just walked out and they wouldn't have even noticed. Not that I would have but it seemed to me like it would have been easy if I was that way inclined.
It's something they ought to pay more attention to as a business so they don't lose money. I hope they will be around for a long time to come and on my next trip to Southend-On-Sea, I'll definitely be going again. Many thanks.
Good location close to the beach, it was only open for takeaway when we went and one box of fish and chips is enough to feed two people. I thought the price was a bit steep (£9.50 for a regular sized cod and chips) but the food was decent enough
A big group of us did a charity bike ride from London and just picked a restaurant. Lucky choice I guess.
The staff in my option were amazing, there was quite a few of us and they have no problem serving us quickly.
There was no attitude when we asked for extra's and more and more people kept coming.
Food was nice and I never heard any complaints from anyone who ate here at the same time

Very busy place, but the service was surprisingly very quick. The food tasted okay, and the portion size was very good. The toilets were very clean too.

Fantastic food. I highly recommend the rock and chips. Staff can't do enough for you. Service is friendly and fast. You can't go wrong.
Love this place. Went there as a kid with my parents and continue to go there with my children. The food is very reasonable priced and is always hot, well presented and tastes amazing. The desserts are great too.
