First time in Churchtown and visiting this restaurant. The food was lovely. Service amazing and staff so friendly but not over bearing. Just generally a really nice experience. We will be visiting again!

Small plates menu is superb. Fabulous choice of fish, meat and vegetables all cooked to perfection. The black pudding with stilton is out of this world. One of Southport's best restaurants.
2023 update: The menu has been revamped but the food remains excellent. The beef ragu pasta is superb, my wife loves the Thai green curry and the small plates are still delicious. A special mention for the desserts: both the Eaton mess and the cheesecake are worth saving g a small space for.

I went here yesterday with my mother (over from South Africa), daughter, granddaughter & grandson. What a gorgeous setting, stunning. Waitress was super friendly and grandchildren polished off their food. Our food was delicious, two of us had the carbonara dish and one chicken Caesar salad. What a gem of a place in Churchtown.

Superb food in an intimate setting within an historic village. Choose a selection of small plates per party from the ever-changing menu. Enjoyed the place several times, must remember to take more pictures!
