A fav of mine yet often over-looked by many.
Friendly service from the lovely lady at the front counter ( I think her hubby does the cooking).
I ordered Sweet & Sour Special ( Chicken, Pork and King Prawn in a light batter, in sauce) with boiled rice (total £6.50)
And....
3 Meat Special Fried Rice (Beef, Chicken & Char Sui) (also £6.50)
Prices are competitive & the portions are large ( I always pop my boiled rice container into the fridge to eat the next day).
The meat is always tender & tasty and the king prawns are the real deal.
The menu is extensive, with most of the usual favourites on there.

Be aware there are several take aways in southport with the word lucky in the name. I think the bad reviews on here are actually for the other shops. Lucky house is a fantastic takeaway and i yse it frequently
