Southport Diner

We had a terrific time here at Southport Diner. The food 🥘 was excellent, the service was terrific - very warm and friendly - and the ambiance was delightful. They made us feel at home! 🏡 And we strongly recommend this delicious cuisine…..everything was so fresh and tasty. 😀👍 We especially loved the fried calamari and beer battered fish and chips. Also, the matzoh ball soup was something to write home about….wow! If you are looking for a welcoming place with a down-to-earth yet elegant feel, then this is your place - for sure. Went here with my partner. The staff was friendly and we got seats very quickly. The interior is nice and clean and the service was pretty quick. We had the french onion soup, chicken tenders, chicken parmigiana grinder, and a grilled salmon sandwich. The food was very good for diner fair and tasted quite fresh. The portions were nice and we left feeling pretty satisfied. Well recommended if you are looking for a good meal from a diner!

My 4 brothers and I stopped here randomly on our way from New York to Boston. We shared multiple entrees and a couple of desserts. Everything tasted incredible. We met the owner and visited with him for a few minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great food and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Thank you

First time there and our waiter Pete was amazing. The clam chowder to start was filled with clams. The house made green dressing was very good. Thanks Pete :). My mother and I had a great fish and chip platter. We really enjoyed being your guests. And I have to give a shout out to the manager. Very friendly, open and funny. The waiter ( Pete)made an appearance every 15 minutes. Thankyou for a great experience Pete. We appreciate you:) and we will be back and top stars for this diner .

First time showing some love to Tony & his staff!! Had to take my lil sis out for her bday & the food was great, staff great & Tony hysterical w telling other customers children to eat their chicken bc there’s a place called “Happy Chicken Land” so funny and cute! Then at the end they sang happy bday to my sis!! Great atmosphere and good vibes!!
