Nice bakery with a good selection. Love the chocolate vinnese fingers and meat an potato pie. Staff always friendly. Limited on street parking outside but can usually get a spot. It is a bit more on the expensive side compares to some mass producing national chains but it's still reasonably priced. The bakery has been in the local area for a long time so must be doing something right.
On route to Avenham Park Preston we bought home made egg salad on wholemeal rolls. Made with love for a snack in Park.
Do perfect pies and delicatessen, hot and cold, fresh bread and frozen to take home too. They also do a Great sausage and egg balm from the grilled menu (sausage, egg, bacon, white or brown fresh balm) 👍.
What can I say about this yummy 😋 yummy cake shop, pies also go to any Lathams bakery and you won't go elsewhere. 11/10, their staff set standards their cakes are a cut above the rest their pies, you even eat the crusts, are top of the pops lady's and gentlemen.
There's nothing better than finding a great local Bakery when your away! They have a large selection of cakes, pastries, pies and fresh bread. The Staff were very welcoming and polite! There is also on street parking.
A little more expensive then most, but having said that you pay for what you get, and what you get is great freehand tasty produce, they cut bread on site and do what they call a half and half cut, half thick half thin, great idea.
We love the bakery, there's a lot of choice and the food is so tasty. The staff are also friendly and very helpful
Staff are lovely, helpful, cheerful. Food is very good especially the Donker Rye Bread.
