These guys have it nailed when it comes to Italian style pizza. I've lived in Malta for 10 years so I know a lovely pizza when i taste one. Malta are the same as Italy when it comes to pizza and pasta, Malta know pizza! Malta would be impressed with this place! I don't usually write reviews but I felt like these guys deserved the notice when it comes to their pizza. I even asked if the chef was Italian, and he's not!! Just spent years of his working career studying Italian cuisine and to me he should be made honourably Italian. Great friendly staff who are very inventive so absolutely no complaints there. Seriously if you like pizza then you should certainly check this place out. I had the capricciosa which is ham and mushroom... the ham was delicious chunks of oven cooked ham joint, not fake processed meat. You'll see me again Portovino. Thanks very much, very impressed.

Great little place, sun was shining they were very welcoming and considering so busy and 10 of us ordered the food was out quickly, all hot and very delicious Laura had the shredded beef bom bom and the cajun fish goujons, I went for a pizza with garlic oil base absolutely gorgeous. Definitely be back. Hopefully the soon get there planning permission from the council for more outside seating as that potentially another 30 seats outside and with summer coming would be good for their business

We had a big family get together couple weeks ago (sorry for delayed review). There were at least 25 of us including little children. I have to say food came out piping hot and absolutely excellent!! Service was second to none we all had a fantastic afternoon 😍 thank you to all your lovely staff so attentive we will definitely be coming back soon.
