Restaurant At The Randolph

We came for breakfast, it was very good. Fruit juice, cereals, pastries and a choice of hot breakfast and tea and coffee included. Our breakfasts were hot, well cooked and nicely presented. We thought our breakfasts were very good value for money. A clean, spacious restaurant, clean toilets. All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Recommended

This hotel is conveniently located just a straightforward 15 minute walk into Southwold. We arrived several hours early but as the room was already serviced we were able to check in. The room was nicely decorated, the bed comfy and the bathroom was excellent with a quality shower. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening but emails received from the hotel suggest it gets busy. In the morning, the breakfast (which was included in the price of the room) was nicely cooked and not in the slightest bit greasy. The price of the room was reasonably high but this is to be expected given its close proximity to Southwold where hotel and holiday home prices can be very expensive. We would happily stay in this hotel again.
