Stayed in our campervan overnight. We rang in advance to check this was ok. Very peaceful night. Food & drink were top notch. Lovely staff. Great location with far reaching views. Couldn't find a fault with our stay. Definitely coming back.

We met up with friends and all stayed overnight with the B&B Dinner package which was great value. The menu was varried with us all having a starter , main course and dessert , the food was nicely presented and tasty , the steak was lovely but lacked garnish on the plate coming with just chips and a peppercorn sauce, maybe a flat mushroom or tomato would have been great , you could pay extra for side's. The rooms were cosy , we stayed in the twin , the beds were so uncomfortable and you could feel lumps , dips and springs in the mattresses , they creaked with any movement and the pilows were lumpy and hard which led to a very sleepless night. The location of the Inn was so lovely , picturesque and plenty of car parking , a lovely beer garden / outdoor seating area. The staff were very friendly, professional and attentative at our evening meal and breakfast. Our full engllish breakfast was lovely, quality produce and a good choice of juices and cereal.

We went to The Alma inn at the end of March 2024. The food was very nice but very expensive . The most expensive food I've ever bought in my life so will not be coming back. £22.00 for fish& Chips not for me thank you.

I would just like to say how much I love coming to enjoy this pub/restaurant. The meals are fabulous value, the flavours are to die for and the portion sizes are far from stingy! They also have a full vegan menu so they literally have something for everyone. 10/10.

Such an amazing place (stayed once, rooms were great too). Just lunch and a pint today. Fantastic spring rolls with Asian salad followed by loaded fries. Great atmosphere. Nice and warm. Lovely and clean. Highly recommend. 9/10.
