Really friendly staff. Bought some 2nd hand tyres for my Grandsons mountain bike (stoppies and skidding kills the tyres ! ). No point buying new they don't last long. Nice helpful guys. Please support.

Great experience in the shop today - tried a few bikes for my son and felt reassured by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you 😊 even better to know it is part of a charitable effort too. We will recommend as much as we can

What a fantastic shop! Just been in to buy a bike for our ten year old. Dieter was so knowledgeable and had us sorted within 10 minutes! One happy little boy now cycling up and down the drive on his new wheels. And the fact it’s all for charity is just the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back for his next bike. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service. Really friendly knowledgeable people who take the time to speak to both adults and children alike. Phoned in the morning then same day took my sons bike in with numerous issues and was sorted within a few hours! Definitely recommend

Popped in last week to get recommendation for my son's birthday. Have to say the boy Jack was brilliant in picking out the correct bike for my boy who was a bit nervous. He not only sorted out a cracking bike but offered guidance on how to learn to ride it with confidence. Cant recommend them enough.

Took my electric bike in for them just to look at and diagnose the problem with the chain slipping. It appeared a new rear cassette was needed.
They fitted a new one straight away, even though the bike wasn't booked in, I was on my way again in twenty minutes.
Excellent service, thanks.

Amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Really know their stuff and couldn’t be more helpful.
So approachable and gave some practical advice on our up and coming bike trip.
The service was such a reasonable rate and all for a great cause too! Definitely will be our first “go to” for anything bike related. We had little experience but, even with us being novices, you really put us at our ease. Thank you

Have to say a huge thank you to the staff down at Happy Days!
My son had an issue with his bike that we didn't have a clue about so I asked him to take the bike down and get a price to fix it with the hope of us being able to save up to sort it....Staff took the bike in and fixed it free of charge! What kindness shown! So grateful! Thank you!

I can not recommend Happy Days Cycles enough, friendly, personable and brilliant at fixing bikes! I live in London and was told by two local bike shops that they wouldn't touch my bike because it required a specialist. I came up north, phoned Happy Days Cycles and they said bring it down. 30 minutes later, after a great chat with the manager Jonny a little pat of their friendly beagle Chester, Dieter had worked his magic and my 40 year old Dahon fold up, was fixed and ready to ride! These guys are terrific and the fact that they're raising money for homeless made the whole experience perfect. Thanks again guys, l can't wait to get back up north!
