I am really sorry for staff who have to almost fly to keep customers served, the place needs at least one more person, I've seen customers cleaning tables to be able to seat, drink and eat. The rest is okay, good coffee, tasty cakes and you can have something to eat too. Clean and tidy at the time of visit.

Nice if expensive coffee and cake. Rewards scheme is becoming a bit tight, having to now buy 10 coffees to earn a free one.

Popped in for a coconut frappe. Never been served it in a glass like this before but tasted nice. Was a little concerned about the hot water tap being right near to waiting customers. Enjoyed my short visit overall

Update 2022: it has been refurbished this year and looks very good. More spacious than before. Staff still very friendly, great service. There is slightly less cakes than before though.

Very rarely no queue when I go there, but I never have to wait too long to be served. Always seem a staff member short... They're seems more work to be done than they have the manpower for (table cleaning seems to be last on the to do list). Still gets 5* for the best got chocolate ever!
