The Overdraught

Would like to send a special thanks to the landlady at the Overdraft. On the 28/10/23 returning back to Birmingham we unfortunately broke down. The help and assistance offered by the landlady and her husband was truly amazing. I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of myself and my wife to say thank you thank you thank you, we are truly grateful. We also would like to thank the community of Park Street especially the owner of Carwash,Martin and his wife and the workers at the BP garage who also went above and beyond in there efforts to help us in our hour of need thank you.

A great pub with a large beer garden and a selection of draught beers to choose from. Staff were friendly & accommodate but the food it wasn't the best. Brioche roll for the burger it was not toasted & it felt cold to the touch which it has ruined the rest of the meal. Will definitely go again for drinks.

Grabbed some food waiting for car MOT. Really enjoyed the food, was very pleasantly surprised. The garden & decor looking sad I wasn't sure what to expect so thought I'd play it safe with mini sausages & chips but now I know this is here I will definitely come back and try some of the other things on the menu.

Popped in here bank holiday Monday, hoping for a roast, but they only do them sundays. The place is a bit grubby and dated so almost left, but just looked over the menu for a replacement snack and decided to try a few bites. Had halloumi, camembert, garlic prawns and chilli beef - all were fantastic and well above expectation.

Great pub, food, people and Landlady. We were in our motorhome and slept in the car park for two nights. Donna the Landlady was so accomadating and welcoming. The food was lovely, we had the curry, fish, scampi and cheese and bacon burger. All were lovely, very generous portions and hot! There is a garden area and outside seating, must be lovely in tge summer! Thankyou.
