A very pleasant Costa. A good amount of seating space. Well presented stock, same as other CC. Speedy service but not overly busy as it was the tail end of lunch. Good amount of staff serving.

It was very busy and the staff where a bit disorganised but the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.
Adding more charging points would be a good idea as one is not enough as many people wished to use laptops etc

What a l9vely shop and the staff had a great stlystrm houng. Because I had a stick, they brought my coffee and cake to me.

I find the customer experience in ST Peters Street branch much nicer & helpful caring staff mean a lot to me . I mentioned this to a nice young man Friday 27 th too. Having been in the other Costa in Maltings I have to say the staff in this branch ST Peters St are so much more helpful & pleasant in manner too . I’ve also had hotter latte’s here too. I really enjoyed my latte & £1 carrot & walnut cake too . Roll on £1 cakes on Friday . Having to choose between having hot drink or toasted sandwhich for finational reasons I went for the offer .I look forward to going in again very soon . Thankyou .

Nice little coffee place and decent size with comfortable chairs sitting area. Staff is friendly and welcoming

There is enough seats to take London on. It has a really impressive interior, highly suitable for a quick meeting or catch up. All staff are highly friendly and approachable. Had a latte which was just right, normally in London Costa's I need to blow for half and hour before I can take a sip.
