I love this place. Save me from garbage food when I’m hungry and at a fair price. I like the nutrition label and the seating area. The only complaint is that the toilet is not allowed for customers to use.

5 times I said to the guy 'now just to triple check, I don't want my coffee laced with LSD okay?' He nodded nonchalantly every time but did he listen? Hell no! I was tripping for 16 hours! I adopted something called a 'south African Koala bear' and also half my flatmates. Like I'm legally their parents.

The Chicken Pot Pie hot soup was amazing and great coffee as ever; good to be back, tables well spaced out now and good provision for sanitising etc.; note for students and workers with laptops, there is now a 1 hour table limit!

The staff here were lovely. They were so friendly. The place was a little untidy which annoys me. I feel like these restaurants need to invest in more staff as it was extremely busy but even under the pressure they were still smiling.

Love the ethos of Pret, but what makes the Pret in St Andrews special are the staff. Always warm and welcoming, they go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and well-caffienated. Pret is great for meeting friends for coffee, but also getting some work done. Usually lots of table space when it's not lunch time
