Excellent service, attention to detail & absolutely loved the home made ravioli I had. Delicious meal. We had cancelled an another restaurant for this - so was a bit apprehensive- was not disappointed- so glad we changed & also didn’t have to pay the exorbitant prices we would have had to pay! Can absolutely recommend- will visit again if we’re In Jersey again

Amazing place to visit, I came here with my parents, my brother & his wife, we had an amazing time! The food was delicious, there was a good selection to choose from.
Most of us went for the set menu, I did.
For starter I got French onion soup (this was the daily soup special), my main was sea bass, that was nicely cooked :), and for desserts I got myself profiteroles, my dad had the Panacotta.

Can't praise la Taverne highly enough for the quality of the food and service at fair prices.
Calf's liver melted in the mouth and my girlfriend's steak was also delicious.and cooked to perfection.

A delightful and authentic Italian restaurant which is ideally located, in the centre of town, for a good old fashioned "business lunch".
Excellent menu options, professional service, and a great kitchen make for a very agreeable establishment.
TIP: Try the liver with mash & onion gravy
