Beautiful location, fabulous food and staff

The food is amazing here, really delicious! Staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant is clean, and feels cosy due to being divided in to a couple of smaller areas. Location is great; right on the river, and in summer you can sit outside if you want to. I have been to Amore a few times, and I love it 😊

Although a very busy Saturday evening, the food and service were truly excellent. The calamari starters were succulent and both main courses (steak and liver) superb. Everything was served in a timely fashion by very well trained and engaging staff. This was a repeat visit and never had anything but a wonderful experience, we’ll certainly be back!

Best pasta I have ever eaten. Tagliatelle alla amore and lasagne for my other half. Garlic bread too. Not expensive and service 1st class. Can't recommend highly enough

Had a lovely evening at Amore - sat by the quay in the evening sun.
The food was absolutely delicious - we had the goat's cheese stuffed aubergine/ spicy sausage to start, followed by chicken marsala & the calves liver. Portion sizes were also very generous & we thought it was excellent value for money.
Service was good & staff friendly, only suggestion I'd make is for the cutlery to be brought out before serving the food.
All in all, a wonderful meal & a lovely place & we'll look forward to coming back soon!

A lovely restaurant. Only downside was a number of flies buzzing around the restaurant and we had to bring a highchair for our son. Overall service and food was great though. Would go back again.

Lovely meal with beautiful views over the river.
Food was very delicious - we had some sharing breads and bruschetta to start ; fish and pasta dishes for mains. They were all very delicious and generous portions.
Would highly recommend.
