Absolutely delicious fish and chips!! We visited about 4 weeks ago and had such a lovely welcome and delicious food, we had to visit again on this trip.
Again, excellent service and food, cod and chips twice, cooked to order and you can taste the difference, far better than food from the ‘heated cabinet’. Thank you Abdul and to your lovely wife. We’ll visit again on our next trip.
I recommend Hooked and Cooked to everyone, if you want delicious fresh cooked food (excellent variety), then look no further. You’ll thank me later :) Enjoy

Always have to have Fish & Chips when we go to the seaside and the ones we had from this chippy didn't disappoint. It was all freshly cooked so we had to wait a bit, but even though we ordered regular portions there was more than enough for both of us. Very friendly staff as well. Excellent

The best fish and chip shop in the area. All freshly cooked - so you may need to wait a bit if it's busy. Being busy shows it's a popular place, and definitely worth waiting for.

Absolutely amazing fish and chip shop. Food was perfect! Lovely friendly owners. Tried my first ever battered mars bar and it was unreal. I wish I could say I’d be back but I’m not local but if I’m ever in the area again I will 100% be back.

This is up there with the best Fish & Chips you can get. The batter, fish and the chips were excellent. The fish is "cooked to order" which is always a good sign. No need to try anywhere else.

Excellent customer service, really friendly and food is delicious.
Had regular chips and Saveloy and enjoyed every bit of it. I am really fussy when it comes to chip shop chips as some can be really dry and tasteless. This wasnt the case, chips were amazingly good. Prices are decent too. Would recommend
