I love to have lunch with my husband in this little cozy restaurant. We both are Italians and we like only high quality food and here we know we can always get the best fresh sea food in the area. Excellent combination of flavours wonderfully presented. We also like the ambiance and the lovely informal but very professional service. Last but not least a great selection of wines… We really are lucky to have such an amazing independent quality restaurant in town! Thank you guys. Ps: please try the oysters and remember to book the table it’s only 15 seats!!!

I cannot fault this place! Just back from an amazing Sunday aperitivo at Galleria, sat outside in the sunshine with beautiful food, fantastic drinks and the best service - the two owners are so friendly and attentive! Would 100% recommend this place and cannot wait to come back next time I'm in St Leonards :)

It was the dream of owners Gianluca Tozzi & Jack Booth to create a small local restaurant and bar for seafood enthusiasts. Chef Gianluca has brought all his skills from the coast in Puglia, Italy, to the local seaside where he has for a number of years built personal relationships with the fishermen and women of Hastings. The menu at Galleria frequently changes to reflect the seasonality of the local catch. We believe this is incredibly important, not only as Galleria is based a stones throw from the oldest beach- launched fishing fleet in Europe, but also to sustainably support the local industry. Our wines are carefully selected to compliment our fish and seafood menu. They are all European and the list changes in line with the seasons. Galleria is a small, intimate space, designed in a simple contemporary style allowing the food and wine to take centre stage. Galleria was listed in “The Good Food Guides Platinum List 2021” - Best Newcomers…one of 18 restaurants in the UK to be included.

Absolutely lush. This was my 2nd time ever eating Oysters. I was nervous. But i can tell you now, it was excellent. And im so glad i chose to try it again. The welcome breadsticks, the starters, the fish, the wine was just perfect. and my little birthday dessert that my friend organised with the manager was super cute. Thank you for fitting us in for dinner. We were there for a few days for my birthday and we got lucky without reserving earlier. We chose to eat here becoz we overheard another couple step out of the restaurant saying "well that was delicious". 🤣
