Second time visiting for a Sunday roast and it did not disappoint a second time round. Love the beetroot wellington and my meat loving boys were well fed with the chicken. Will definitely be returning and hopefully it won’t take us as long to get back.
Stopped for lunch. Nice pub in a nice location. Pleasantly surprised by the pizza selection. Not sure what the other food was like since we all went for the various pizza selections. Very good and more than adequate portions.

Just moved to the village, the landlords have made me very welcome. They introduced me to everyone and have gone out of their way to make me feel at home within the community. The food and beer is a great selection within the local area well worth a visit
The eight bells was by far the best experience I have ever had from a local pub. The staff were excellent, very ettentive and served a wonderful roast. Will definitely be coming back again
