Friendly staff always pleasant. All areas are always clean and tidy. Coffee is made perfectly.

Nice little coffee shop at the side of the Riverside shopping centre.
Relaxed atmosphere and had no trouble ordering a customised drink.

The only downfall was had a pushchair and wheelchair so was very cramped up in a corner but still in the way of other users trying to buy their food. But other than that lovely shop

Had a few issues with flooding during storm so had cordoned off a section .

As with most Costa's coffee is good, M&S tea cakes are the best, but why in Costa's in winter do they have the A/C on? To limit one's stay or for the staffs' convenience.

At time of my visit was Monday morning this place was very quite and been welcomed by a gentleman he made a nice cuppa for me he appeared to me he was happy to be working on this place, I did enjoy my visit and cuppa only one down site it’s parking around here, it’s like London no where to park it’s limited to 2 hours at Asda
