Excellent small pub. Very cosy lounge area with living room sofas and a log burner. The proper steak pie was delicious and Theakstons beer is great.

Great little pub with a good menu and food was great. Good home cooked food and hosts very friendly. Would definitely recommend having a meal here if your in the area. Pub is small so would recommend you book especially in the tourist season.

Cosy fire, superb food, great beer, talented bar manager. Fantastic prices. Sunday lunch bloody gorgeous!! Venison was perfect also. Super friendly, recommend in a heartbeat!
