This is a great place to stay in the Stalham area. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. The accommodation is very comfortable and the Breakfast is always something to look forward to. It is perfectly situated on the norfolk Broads with access to shops just a short walk away, and also access to boat hire either for a day trip on the Broads or longer. It's very close to bus stops if you need to use public transport and Norwich and Great Yarmouth are only a short trip away.

Visited for a Sunday lunch after staying with friends. Lively staff and a friendly crowd of regulars. Food was superb and reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again when in the area

Three of us came here based on the good reviews. We ordered different food but they were all very well cooked. The homemade steak and ale pies was one of the best of its kind. Two of us went back for the Sunday roast. The beef was exceptional - the meat was tendered, tasty and melt in my mouth. The gravy was delicious. All waitresses were very friendly.

Went for a meal with the family. Good service and good food. Apart from the homemade steak and kidney pie. Although packed full of meat it had no flavour and the gravey was really for a poultry dish. Its not about the quantity. More the quality

Roast dinner on a Sunday. It was so hot no one apart from me had the roast which was huge and my eyes were definitely bigger than my belly. The others enjoyed the burger, sausage n mash and baked camembert. The food was good and the staff were attentive.

Lovely stop at The Harnser in the night leading up to a boating holiday starting in Stalham. Very welcoming and helpful staff, friendly regulars, nice roast and an delightfully incapacitating full English breakfast. Room is small but comfortable, convenient, well appointed and quiet. Perfect length of walk to the town centre to shake off the big meals and frothy pints (and start all over again).

Fantastic local pub with wonderful staff. We were in a tricky situation where we wanted lunch but it was after all the kitchens were closed around the area and this lovely woman sorted us out and ensured we left with a meal. The burger was delicious and so was the chicken burger with very generous portion sizes. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Food was good although the broccoli could have done with a little bit longer as it was hard to cut. The lamb and the rest of the vegetables were cooked perfectly, service was good. Can't give a review of the rooms as we didn't stay overnight, would go again

One of the best pub meals ever! Room was on small side but had everything you could want with lots of nice touches (fresh milk for teas in tiny fridge). Service was wonderful as well.
