Comfortable pub with nice relaxing atmosphere. Selection of real ales. Meal offers available at certain times but can't comment on the food as I only went for a pint. Went there twice.

The jolly brewer is the go to place in Stamford. Pool table, good choice of ales, good locally sourced simple but lovely food. Darts, dominoes, push penny etc generally a nice crowd in, warm with a fire- best proper pub in town.

Best pub in Stamford by far! Super friendly staff and atmosphere. Food is amazing, fresh and home cooked. The quiz night they do, hosted by locals, every other Sunday is always great fun.

Warm friendly atmosphere, a nice proper pub. Plenty of great ales and ciders. Quiz every other sunday and sky sports for the football. Plus you can take your dog.
