is good /delicious and the portions are huge I've tried most of the menu.

Food is delicious, and the atmosphere is a family restaurant like but a little dirt and unmaintained, and there is usually not a line. Sadly, the price of the food has risen (~$14), but unlike other places, the lady who served me really packed the plate full, so it was still worth it.
