Large family gathering of 22 adults and 3 small children We found the staff members to be helpful and attentive, in particular the young man who greeted us and looked after us throughout the afternoon. The food was excellent and all 25 dinners arrived on time. It was a special occasion so it was great that we had the room for as long as we wanted. All in all a lovely experience.

Had a really pleasant evening tonight with my friend, lovely food, fantastic service and the young lady who served us was so helpful and couldn’t have done enough for us. I’ve been here a few times in the last few months and can honestly say I’m never disappointed. Great place to have a lovely meal, lovely environment and great value for money.

Reasonably priced food and portions, service was excellent tonight. A big pub with a lovely pub garden loads of parking and a really nice atmosphere for families. Easy to see why it is popular in the area. We booked a table and can imagine at busy times it would be worth doing this. Would visit again and well done to the serving staff tonight

Quaint little pub hidden away from the road. The food is good. Before it changed management, the food was delicious, then it changed and was bland for a while, but now, new menus have changed, and it is becoming a nice pub again. The garden is a good size and they have a lovely conservatory for those that do not want to have that, 'sitting inside' feeling, especially in summer. Toilets clean, service can be a little slower during peak times, same as any other pub. They made a lovely light chicken kebab and rice dish which was delicious worth a try. Menu does need more variety.
