Seemed very understaffed in kitchen , waiting staff looked very tense , took ages for food to come then pizza base a bit doughy tbh . Probably wouldn't go back.

In my eyes best scottish breakfast in Stirling and trust me I've tried a lot of places for breakfast. The fry up in Tj's is cooked to perfection so compliments too the chef. Set in what I can only describe as an American diner theme with great music also staff are on point and very friendly and helpful.

Big seating area, wasn't busy when we went in on a Saturday late lunchtime. Staff were quick and service was functional. Had the nachos and potato skins for starters, was nice but guacamole was a bit slimy and out a jar rather than fresh. The steak sandwich was tasty and the chicken fajitas looked good but were quite spicy so be aware if you don't like spice. All in all value for money

Lunch was chilled out, quiet but decent atmosphere, coke that actually tastes like coke and not tap water was a nice change from most restaurants. Food arrived promptly and hot, fries were amazing and the mac n cheese resurrected my wife from the cold of shopping.
