We tried to book a table but they only take bookings for parties of 8 or more , but reassured us it wouldn't be busy .
We arrived at 7.30 pm , it was packed. However the staff found us a table. The atmosphere was good , friendly and fun. Food was great, cocktails and wine lovely. Good night . Lovely staff . Really nice place
Very impressed on first visit and will return . Children’s menu varied and staff ( 2 Sharons) very professional . Liked the fact that there is an arts and crafts table available too .Seems a comfortable place to drop in for a coffee break and / or full meal . Thank you .
Second time here after a poor service a few weeks ago.
It was a bit quieter today and service was better, however, we asked for a couple of plates of tapas to come out first but all the food came out together.
Food was tasty, well cooked and spicy where it should be.
Staff were polite but didn't really engage other than to take your order and clean your table. No chat or smiles.
We had a couple of cocktails that were very nice but my Espresso Martini had a better head than my previous pint of beer.
A nice place to grab a tasty dish or two but you will need to bring your own atmosphere.
Been coming to Berretto Lounge for the best part of two years. A punt taken one time when going to the Cinema. It’s now one of my Girlfriend and I’s go to place. Especially every Wednesday the last couple of months for our weekly date/quiz night! All staff are lovely and welcoming, the place is always clean and the decor is super quirky and cute. The fact it’s also dog friendly is a bonus for us cause we love to see all the Doggo’s that come along! Thank you for always making us feel welcomed, each and everytime we turn up!
Had a lounge breakfast there this week, great service food arrived quickly. Ate the lot. Good coffee too.
Lovely place to get a bite. The bonus is that you can scan the QR code and order and pay straight from your table. In this day and age, where time is at a premium, it is a god send. I will definitely return.
The staff are absolutely lovely here! One staff member in particular who I imagine must be the floor manager was extremely helpful, she went out of her way to make sure me and my little boy were taken care of. I was having a stressful day, and her level of care and attention towards us made a huge difference. The atmosphere feels sophisticated but low key, which definitely helped chill me out a bit too (and the nice selection of draughts 😂). Glad I chose to stop here. Highly recommend.

Burger is great with brioche bun , with a tasty sauce and a juicy patty.
The brisket is very delicious and it comes with a seasoned bowl of rice. The combination is great, worth a try!
Almost spoilt for choice on options if you're dining here, very large food and drink menu that is almost guaranteed to be able to feed anyone in your party. Your wait time can vary from a quick 20 minutes wait to sometimes 45 minutes which isn't great if you are eating before watching a movie. Never had an issue with staff here and they are quick to sort out extras\utensils\ect.
All around a good choice to come if you fancy something other than pizza before watching a movie.
Just for a quick bite of garlic bread with cheese and a pint before the film in the local cinema, and snacks and a pint before going home by bus. While munching I had done some crosswords and sudokus, so it was a great evening out by myself! 😃👍
Lovely place to eat with friends or family. Lots of choices to suit everyone. I ordered a vegetarian halloumi burger and a latte which was delicious! I come here frequently and have always had consistent service.
The food is always lovely here, the staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The building isn't built very well to accommodate a lot of people so it can feel quite claustrophobic if you sit inside, and the ceilings are high so you can hear a lot of noise from the other visitors and staff in the kitchen. Overall lovely place, I come here with my partner often
