Great selection of ale. Like the pub layout with olde worlde rooms and real fire. The pub is now serving a good selection of Caribbean food. Will be returning soon to sample the food and ever changing ales.

First time visit since it reopened. A good selection of real ales. My first pint was off but it was quickly replaced with an alternative. The bar man was friendly and attentive. The place feels and looks better but managing to keep its original features and old world charms. A big improvement.

Great pub, loads of atmosphere and history. Fab range of beers, gins and whisky's. Loads of different rooms to sit in. Lovely beer garden and amazing view up to the aquaduct would definitely recommend that you visit.

Visited 6.45 on a Sunday evening. Friendly welcoming staff. Option to order at table rather than at the bar. Meals at our table & neighbouring table were well presented. Our meals served very hot & tasty.
