Just the best fish. The batter is perfection, not too heavy. Chips are tasty and the curry sauce was the dogs b**llox too. Highly recommend!

Everything was piping hot, crispy golden batter which stayed crisp till the last bite, sweet moist fish, golden crisp chips - even the mushy peas were great and they usually aren’t my bag. Rare to find a chippy anywhere these days who can fry to this standard.
Sensible prices, friendly service and spotlessly clean. You wait a couple minutes for fish but worth it being cooked to order and there’s other options if you need something really quick.
Thought we’d look for a lunch spot on way back to Stockport and glad we did, found a gem! Will be back with the kids soon!

Absolutely brilliant staff. Husband & wife team I think. Professional, friendly & great sense of humour. Parking out front & a great selection of food (I highly recommend the scampi) at competitive prices. All this in a spotlessly clean establishment makes a visit here a real treat.

The fish is consistently fresh and well battered (not too stodgy) and the chips are good as well. Service is always friendly and staff are clear with waiting time for fish, which is generally cooked to order. Consistently good as well, unlike a lot of chippy's.
