The Late Lounge

The staff are absolutely lovely here! One staff member in particular who I imagine must be the floor manager was extremely helpful, she went out of her way to make sure me and my little boy were taken care of. I was having a stressful day, and her level of care and attention towards us made a huge difference. The atmosphere feels sophisticated but low key, which definitely helped chill me out a bit too (and the nice selection of draughts 😂). Glad I chose to stop here. Highly recommend.

First time visit with my family. We had 2 lounge english breakfasts and pancakes. Liked the vibe and space, the food ordering was via an app which was great. Drinks came to us in a few mins which was very good. Food took longer, we waited around 30 mins, but it was very tasty and well cooked with premium produce. My only small dislikes were that you only got one small slice of toast on the full english breakfast, which I would normally expect 2, espeicially when paying just under £10. Drinks were priced ok, we had 2 teas and a cherry cordial. However we always have orange juice with our breakfasts, but the cost of a large (16oz) glass was £5.50ish, which was very expensive, I normally would expect to pay around £3.50 tops. Service from staff was very good and professional, would come back again.

Been coming to Berretto Lounge for the best part of two years. A punt taken one time when going to the Cinema. It’s now one of my Girlfriend and I’s go to place. Especially every Wednesday the last couple of months for our weekly date/quiz night! All staff are lovely and welcoming, the place is always clean and the decor is super quirky and cute. The fact it’s also dog friendly is a bonus for us cause we love to see all the Doggo’s that come along! Thank you for always making us feel welcomed, each and everytime we turn up!

Second time here after a poor service a few weeks ago. It was a bit quieter today and service was better, however, we asked for a couple of plates of tapas to come out first but all the food came out together. Food was tasty, well cooked and spicy where it should be. Staff were polite but didn't really engage other than to take your order and clean your table. No chat or smiles. We had a couple of cocktails that were very nice but my Espresso Martini had a better head than my previous pint of beer. A nice place to grab a tasty dish or two but you will need to bring your own atmosphere.
