Delicious Fish. Excellent value. Well priced and beautifully cooked. New manager Oct23 . Very friendly. Toilets were spotless. Good range of daily specials. Open all day. We went very early evening. Easy free parking big enough for my pickup truck. Pool table.

Me and the missus had food here this afternoon, what can I say? Lovely stuff! I had a mixed grill which was extremely nice and my other half had a really good southern fried chicken burger which I think I'll have next time as it looked tasty! I'm so glad this place finally has a manager who knows what she's doing, hoping she stays on for a good long time to come!

Had a fantastic night out at The Gables last night. Friday night get together with close friends and family had a lovely meal, kids very well catered for and Kelly the bar maid was lovely. Welcomed us straight away with a friendly smile having remembered us from the open Mike night the previous day, saw that we had a baby in the group so brought over a high chair. Turned into a night of singing and dancing with a karaoke on the go. All the staff wonderful and joined in with all the fun even hugged us when we left. Pub full of lovely people all having a great night. This pub is working hard to come back to life please help it and support it.
