Had a mcplant and chips. Was pretty bangin' - having not been in a McDonald's in years I was surprised to see how much it's basically become a delivery service though. Took ages to get served

Popped in for a drink and to do some work, used table service and the staff were lovely. I used the upper floor of the store where the extra seating is - only complaint were the roudy after school people that created a slightly uncomfy environment but nothing headphone couldn't solve!

Hanley out of all of the McDs I've used is still the best . ok,it was a Tuesday late morning visit ,Hanley still was 5 star ! Sandyford, Festivel pk,and Leek rd are mediocre to poor ,more concerned about serving Just Eat, etc. Hanley The food was hot ,the drink was Hot , and the staff work hard and going out their way to help with a smile ! Great ambience , spotless ,and a lovely team front of house lady who was extremely adroit .Well done Hanley Mds,if the others I mentioned franchisees read this , take a visit , you may learn something

It's a good place with good food and great prices for the food but one thing I don't like is when you try to pay at the counter you have to wait for someone to come to you and sometimes it takes ages. In there it's a bit loud especially downstairs when you are at the top floor there is a bit noise but not that much the table service is also really good. I think it's a great place to eat in.

We have been there before the fake covid drama, covid time and now usually we order from just eat. Satisfied all the time, staff is friendly, food is always warm and tasty as a fastfood can. Thanks to all staff in there.
