Visited Subway after many years, an angel Sandy working there, having always smile on her face and ready to help to customers who might be in troubles as I was (being a foreigner, not sure about Subway offer). The sandwich she prepared for me when almost closing was lovely. She also helped me with my unusual request for ice as I bruised myself badly 1 hour ago and she was the kindest person ever. Please support this local business, it had been part of Hanley for as long as I remember and people like Sandy should be definitely more appreciated. If i recover, will visit soon again. Lovely staff in here. Food is always prepared exactly how i like it, generous portions, and really fast service compared with some of the other Subway stores in the area. My go-to place on busy lunch breaks as they are quick to get people in and out the door without the need to queue for ages!

I cannot knock my subway today, I had been given Extta extra cheese (10 slices instead of 8) which made the sandwich ooze with cheese which I admit was awesome.
Man did the server feel like a zombie. She did the hospitality hallmarks of wishing me a nice day and checking orders so I know she was trained well (most people in subway have never said that to me without me wishing them first) but a lack of emotion could be felt. Honestly I think I felt the same as her at times so I can't complain much but man... Twas a weird experience.
Beyond one or two servers who don't put enough filling in the sandwiches here are usually pretty spot on! Although with the staff who don't put a full scoop of filling in and some rather poor customer service skills from some of the staff (more often than not the manager) is the only part that drags this place down.
Very friendly and outgoing staff that are always eager and happy to help. Told me all about the new delivery options and were always ready for a laugh. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Lovely staff, good food, area manager was lovely but I don't like when She is on as I don't enjoy My sandwich as much as I normally would, when she is on she says a portion of gherkins has contains of 3 gherkins, I asked for loads of gherkins and just got a tiny handful, when I asked for more she refused, she was a very nice lady though
Good staff. Although they are forever changing, the lady was ace. It's nice to into a store and the people care.
Very friendly staff, small and quaint store - just right for a quick stop off, food is made to order with plenty of offers and deals available throughout the year!

Great prices the foot long excellent value for money you can eat in or out good friendly staff nice choice of meals from breakfast to dinner I would recommend
