Huge fish portion with perfectly crisp batter, beautifully cooked and thick chips and although it may not be what they are known for, it was possibly the best mixed kebab I've ever had. Great quality all round.

Wow best chippy I've ever had pudding chips peas and gravy to die for , friendly fast service was pretty busy when we went but a very well organised system cash only payments but there is a cashpoint at the filling station which is next-door so not really a inconvenience

On nights near to this chippy for the last two months, decided try tonight. Had large cod and chips, absolutely gorge, highly recommend 👍🏼..

Can be excellent 80% of time but when dissatisfied or disappointed then can be very disgruntled last 2 visits have had inferior dry flat tail end cod zero taste and still have to pay top end money for fish n chip supper. Also on last visit witnessed something very alarming and wonder just how often this happens here like know it happens in other eating establishments. Young lady in back room cleaning and scraping floor of dropped food etc. order came into shop for a cheeseburger with just lettuce and tomato. Lady in the back who had just been scraping floor retrieved said cheeseburger from chiller or freezer without washing her hands. Oooh gross Hope customer enjoyed his burger not sure if will visit again now having witnessed this.

Cash only which threw a spanner in the works slightly. Nearest cash machine is in the co-op up the road which charges £2. The food was good although the curry sauce we had wasn't the best.

Used this chippy for a group of Scouts staying on a nearby site. Phoned ahead, full order was ready bang on time.
Food was great and staff were amazing.
