Only popped in to check the place out as I might be taking this pub on as the new landlord the temporary manager was brilliant and the few regular customers that I chatted to were very friendly and welcoming and gave me a good insight into the pub

Good vibe, karaoke for you to belt out songs whilst you're hammered (or sober), good prices, decent out door area too.

We had our staff party there, they did a buffet and karaoke. It's one of those pubs you can go in on your own for a drink or meet up with friends. Great staff always serves with a smile, the food tastes very nice and seems to be cooked from fresh, that's why it's worth waiting for.
I've never been in before but, I loved it its like the pubs of old. Great atmosphere yes there are tv's on with sport on with the sound off and music on in the back ground, so you don't have to listen to other people's conversations. The breakfasts are very nice, you don't mind the wait, knowing that is cooked fresh and not kept under heat lamps to go hard and crispy. Lovely bar person greets with a hello what can I get you, and a smile. I will be going again with my friends. Thank you for a great experience

Fantastic pub friendly atmosphere publicans amazing really welcoming, unfortunately a couple of the regular customers are nasty trouble makers which lets the pub down Claire n martin, but on the whole great place

Probably the best atmosphere in the area. Some of the nicest staff and regulars you could hope for. The type of pub you can go in for a quick pint and leave 4 hours later after making a few new friends. Also the drinks are very competitively priced.
