I don't think I have ever had a better steak. It came with a sause and I would normally have added a bit of mustard, but any addition would have been a distraction from an excellent piece of meat. It was a quiet night with it appeared only 2 or 3 waitresses. They were all charming. They were just attentive enough with out hovering. What made it even better was the wife paid, bless her.

Absolutely amazing ..the food was really nice meat melted.in the mouth...staff were brilliant..definitely coming back for the mix grill again very soon..5 star's all the way..people you really need to get down here tasting is the only way your gonna find out how good the food is here at the lockside steakhouse.
Had a great meal here yesterday afternoon. It was our first visit, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is lovely. Really appreciate them having vegan and vegetarian options, oh and they serve the biggest onion rings I've ever seen! We were so stuffed that sadly we didn't have room for pudding, but will definitely have some next time 👍👍
Excellent meal here last week. The food tasted great, well cooked steaks and excellent service. Our order was taken by Mat, and our server was a friendly lady who was very attentive. I had my rib-eye steak cooked well-done and was so full had to skip dessert. My only criticism is that the Stilton cheese sauce was a bit too thin for my liking - I would have preferred a thicker consistency.
I plan to be back asap to try other items on the menu! I have no problem recommending this establishment to others!

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful lunch at Lockside Steakhouse, and it was an experience worth sharing. The combination of great steaks and the kids' unanimous declaration of having the best beefburgers they've ever tasted made it a memorable meal.
The steaks were simply outstanding. Cooked to perfection, they were tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Whether you prefer your steak rare, medium, or well-done, Lockside Steakhouse knows how to satisfy your taste buds. The quality of the meat and the expert preparation truly shone through.
What added to the dining pleasure was the enthusiastic endorsement from the kids. They couldn't stop raving about the beefburgers, claiming them to be the best they've ever had. It's not always easy to please young palates, but Lockside Steakhouse managed to do just that.
In addition to the exceptional food, the service was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
Lockside Steakhouse has certainly left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning to sample more of their offerings. If you're in the mood for top-notch steaks and the most delicious beefburgers, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Lockside Steakhouse a try.

A pleasant visit to The Lockside Steakhouse this afternoon. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious (especially the Sunday Roast). I do believe the Nachos weren’t as high of a value being Chefs Lader with some toppings, however, business’ have got to do what they have got to do. The drinks did have excessive ice, and we did ask for none the second round and they still had it, but, these didn’t affect what an incredible small business the steakhouse is and what they contribute to the local community.
First visit and the Best steaks we’ve ever had by far! (And I’m a steak lover!) warm and friendly welcome from both staff and owner. Highly recommend a visit to see for yourselves, owner even took time afterwards to sit, chat and l have a drink with us. Highly recommend the 30oz tomahawk ❤️🥩. Well done to all team Lockside, what amazing chefs you have! Will be sure to visit again real soon, thank you for an amazing meal 🙏🏻Xxx

We were dining with another couple... my partner and I are following a keto lifestyle. The staff were extremely attentive and understanding to our dietary needs.. my chips were replaced with fresh vegetables and tasted great. The beef ribs were succulent and tasty. I couldn't fault this restaurant at all. Thank you being so accommodating. We will return and recommend to others.
Had a lovely time x food was well priced for amazing quality. Staff were lovely and got everything right x Lovely live music on the night, only complaint Is the desserts are a bit small.. everything else was fab! steak cooked perfectly and was great quality!
Came here twice in a week after waiting to get booked in.
They’ve done a really nice job of the decor, was really impressed walking in.
Food was really nice, steaks all cooked perfectly and they catered for food allergies really well.
There were a quite a few occasions where the food was coming out to wrong tables and lots of confusion between staff but only a minor issue!
Would definitely go back again!
