Take my money! really enjoyable 6 course lunch menu. Wife had the wine pairing option, I tasted each as I was driving, paired perfectly with the set menu, informative brief given on each wine. Service was exceptional, attentive, great synergy and timing throughout, 4 separate staff served us in total. All courses were delicious, our favourites was the Irish beef, tart starter, smoked potato dish and the pickled carrot dish, exquisite presentation for all dishes. Sat for 2.5 hrs, which was perfect, went by in a blink of eye, never felt like we were waiting for anything. We thought it was very good value for money, highly recommend, definitely returning.

I booked this as a salt anniversary gift for my husband and we had such a lovely time. The staff really went out of their way to make the occasion feel special and they were incredibly attentive throughout the experience. The tasting menu and drinks paring were delightful. A well thought out combination of courses and flavors. We came out with nothing but praise for both the food and the staff. The talk through about each of the wines was interesting and informative. The restaurant felt really special but with none of the pretentiousness that you can find in some fine dining restaurants. Thanks so much for making our anniversary a memorable experience. We would love to visit again if we are in the area

First time we've ever had a Michelin starred meal and what a wonderful treat it was! Pricey, of course, but we could appreciate the skill, artistry and delectable flavours of each and every mouthful. You could say it was "sensational"!! Service was also fantastic - fun, friendly, and unpretentious. Thank you!

Wonderful relaxed atmosphere from the moment you enter the restaurant. The knowledge from the staff members made the experience so great and they continued this throughout the service. The variety of the food was amazing and wine pairing was a highlight (they certainly know what they are doing) I would highly recommend Salt if you want an experience for a special occasion

Another excellent dinner at Salt. Living in Stratford, we are so lucky to have many good restaurants and Salt is right up there as one of the best. Not only is the menu imaginative, with the best of local produce but the service from the knowledgable staff is superb. A very good (and well priced) wine list tops off a great dining out experience. Make sure you book a table!

I went there for a surprise lunch for my friend birthday. We were stuck in traffic and the staff was kind to hold the table for us. The food was perfection. We loved everything from the appetisers to the desert. The goat milk ice creams was so good and the bread was just out of this world. Definitely recommended, the vibe and the service really worth every single penny.

Wow, what an amazing experience we had on Friday evening, fabulous food created by the talented Paul Foster, paired with Amazing wines presented by Jay Jay. There was most certainly nothing “generic” about our evening. Every morsel of food was delicious, the wine matched perfectly and the atmosphere was totally relaxed and insightful. I would highly recommend. Thank you all for a great evening.
