It's an lovely place, and the food is great as the service is also.
Really nice staff, the food is good and reasonably priced. It's quieter after 6.00pm if you want to relax and chat
All liked the decor and atmosphere. Really welcoming and Farah is lovely. The menu is varied and is all freshly made. Recommend for lunch as a family or dinner with large group. Booths nice for couples.Often go to Sunderland Empire and wanted to try somewhere different. My brother had been here a couple of weeks ago and recommended it. Nicely furnished, staff very friendly and most of all the food was delicious
Staff are extremely friendly and food is delicious. Comfortable seating and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Didn't have to wait long for food to arrive and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Greeted well on entry and shown to a table and a decent selection of starters and main courses and reasonable price to portion ratio. There is no dessert menu but there are desserts available however after a starter and a main course I didn't have much room left for dessert. Highly recommended for families, couples or friends.
A lovely little place! The staff are very friendly, the service can be a tad slow but the food is 100% worth it! The coffee is the best I've had in Sunderland and the cocktails are also incredible.
Along with this they have a great selection of hand made cakes and desserts which are a must eat!
Excellent food and staff, a very nice place to go and get something to eat.
We had a couple of coffees and a large portion of Baklava each. First time I'd tried this dessert and I was pleased with my order.
Coffee really nice, not bitter as is the case with lots of restaurants recently. Our waitress, Petra, was lovely. She was very helpful and courteous.
Very friendly welcome and staff were attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I'd return here because of service alone. Menu nice with plenty of choice including vegan. Toilet facilities were clean.
This was a lovely place and wonderful staff.
I ordered a garlic mushroom starter that was loading with mushrooms and was lovely.
For my main I tried the steak, I ordered a medium cooked steak, usually they come out the kitchen either still red in the middle or burnt.....
THIS STEAK WAS PERFECT!!!!
It was cooked throughout and no red meat or burnt meat.
I would recommend it to everyone, if you are going for a casual meal, Christmas meal out or even a date. The service is excellent as well as the food
