Food was delicious. Friendly helpful staff. Had the 3 course fixed price menu £13.49 - loaded potato skins 10" pepperoni pizza and new York cheesecake with salted caramel sauce plus refillable diet cokes @ 2.99. We'll worth it. We will be back again next month 😀

Great food and decent prices. They have 20% student discount so affordable for them too. Service is fast and quick and it's accessible (to an extent) and has a large shared parking area. Overall would recommend for a casual night out or casual family gathering

We came yesterday for a good bite with my girlfriend before the cinema, Maria was serving us. She was absolutely amazing explaining with detail all the questions we made and made us feel welcomed. The food was amazing!! 10 out of 10 for service and quality. Definitely will visit again!!

I went for a meal at Frankie and Benny's in Sunderland city centre with my mother and sister. We received excellent service from Lizzy who was very happy and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and food was delicious from the fixed price menu, great value for the quality.
Will definitely be going again.

Sunderland's Frankie and Benny's is, by far, the best I've been to. The staff are super friendly and relaxed but proficient and polite. The restaurant food caters to all tastes and I particularly pay attention to the vegetarian and vegan options, which are delicious. Their vegan chicken recipe is the best I've ever had. Prices are affordable and their drinks selection is perfect for all tastes. Superb!

I came in today with my girlfriend for for a spot of lunch and The waitress Maria was there to take us to our table. I have to say she displayed excellent customer service which carried on throughout the service making our experience in frankie and bennys just perfect. The food was on time and hot and each time one of our courses was brought to our table by Maria was chatty and always asking if we were enjoying the food. A+ customer service by Maria A+ food quality. I will be back again

Lizzy served us today , she was very helpful , friendly and explained the menu. She mentioned that she was a new member of staff but you would never be able to tell. She was excellent. She was patient when her electronic device was playing up and this didn’t distract her from her job or being happy. We are regulars to this restaurant and Newcastle one. Sunderland is the best by far 🙌🏼👌

Food was nice. Bigger kids meal is a good size portion, my Son (aged 9) ordered spaghetti and meatballs and couldnt finish his meal. Our servers were Zoey and Lizzy, both were very good at their job. Brilliant service. Will be back again 😊

Had lovely family meal here two weeks ago - we were all made so welcome! Excellent attentive service and the food was top notch! My Mam raved about her lasagne, and I was delighted with the choice of non alcoholic drinks (I'm doing Go Sober for October). Really enjoyable meal and get together - we will return 👌🏻X
