Queens is the number one please to go on the seafront for fish and chips. The staff are always friendly and lovely to chat to, the price is reasonable and the portion size is massive! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our 6th fish & Chips shop through Wales, Ireland, Scotland. This is the best by far. Fresh and crispy batter, cooked to perfection! Highly recommended.

Always go to Queens for fish and chips when we go to Roker beach best on the front, not only a take away but you can sit in to eat as well, its basic but clean and tidy, excellent size portions, the grandchildren also enjoy the large tank of tropical/marine fish and the rides, the one downside is that there are no rest room's on the premises

First time we went it was because it's queue was shorter than the one next to it. Now it's our first choice friendly staff. Food always piping hot. The fish is fish to the end , no inch of batter all around. Chips hot crisp and taste like proper fish shop chips. Price about average for a seaside shop.
