Lovely little cafe! Myself and my daughter went for a late lunch and it was lovely and cosy.... Freezing cold outside so the staff turned on the fires for us and warmed the place up. Food was lovely with a good selection of fresh cakes available. Very reasonably priced and the girls who work there are lovely.

Called on impulse this morning. Ordered breakfast of porridge with honey and tea. I asked could they please add a spoonful of blueberries if they had any. The porridge was perfect (and I’m very particular about my porridge😆) and I was given a lovely bowl of mixed berries alongside as well as honey.
Excellent friendly service, very clean cafe - and Covid-aware staff. An enjoyable and SAFE start to my day. Thank you😀!

Our first visit during Covid pandemic. Its had a lovely fresh looking makeover. Our cheese and pickle sandwiches were made with very fresh bread and presented nicely. The young waiting staff are friendly and polite. I would have given 5* but felt that the prices were a little high for what we had - nearly £17 for two sandwiches and a tea and a coffee. Saying that, I would still visit here if only for a cheese scone as they are delicious!
