Informative friendly staff
Coffee was very nice but we took it to the outside tables and were given takeaway cups.Would have preferred proper cups especially as we paid quite a bit

Nice store with many options to choose from. The prices could be better in my opinion but the taste and quality of the chocolate is really, really good. I recommend giving it a try.

The place for best hot chocolate in Sunderland. They have varieties of hot chocolates to choose from, I prefer the 70% dark. Always choose the "whipped cream on top" option. Their loyalty card is free and gets you 20% discount.

Love this place! Such a wonderful selection of chocolates and other items. The shop is a pleasure to walk around and the staff are lovely and very helpful.

Great selection of goodies in here today and really well thought out layout of products. All of the velvetiser options together, a big range of Christmas boxes, advent calendars and other sweet treats on display. It was also nice to see a small cafe area for anyone who wants to enjoy a drink and a snack, with clean tables and comfy looking seats all carefully distanced. The staff were very friendly and polite, I was handed my purchase and wished a nice day, with a beaming smile. Top class service and overall a great shopping experience.

Popped in for a coffee, large was £3.25 and a little expensive for regular size mug it came in.
Nice vegan chocolate given as a taster. Bought a selection from the 3 for £10. Quality chocolates.

Got ice cream from Hotel Chocolat today via the Wuntu Three app. By far the best ice cream I've eaten in the UK. Had hazelnut toppings on it as shown in the photo. Will be going back to this place to buy chocolate buttons I saw in store. I would suggest this place to friends and family. The chocolate piece was lovely dark chocolate seemed more cocoa than chocolate.
