Decided to take our Liverpudlian friends to our local for tea. It was busy and we hadn’t booked but Mark the Manager was very accommodating. He advised we’d have a table for four in around 40 minutes . We were seated, food ordered& drinks …

First time in for Sunday dinner under new management yesterday and it was amazing!! Brilliant value for money on the food, I had the chicken and my friend had gammon. Service was friendly too, nice atmosphere. Will definitely go back and try the normal menu.

Didn't have food so can't rate. Nicely decorated fabulous fire roaring on a cold wet day. Staff very welcoming appeared to be a lovely community orientated local.

Had tea here tonight. Beautiful. My hubby had the Steak and Ale pie, I had the Chicken Parmo. Couldn't fault it! Proper chunky chips.
Highly recommended. Well worth a visit. Mark and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Brilliant chef by the way.

Had an amazing meal too much to eat so had to take it home. Staff were lovely asked to move tables 5mins later we moved Jackie I think her name is was lovely well worth a visit for drinks, meal and entertainment definitely will be back as it’s my local.
