As usually very economical and you a load of choice to chose from
I went to this Surbiton branch today and had a piping hot steak bake. It must be my lucky day as reading most comments mentioned their ones are cold. Mine tasted great and moreish, baked with the perfect golden crust, the store look clean on a Saturday afternoon too which I am impressed to write a review. I will return and get other bakery goods! Best Greggs I had so far :)

I ordered through just eat. Half of my order was missing and wrong drink sent... Full sugar coke (I ordered zero sugar as diabetic). I called greggs and a lovely guy helped me and told me to order a single sausage roll and he would send me the whole order again for free. Very happy. Thankyou to whoever helped me!
I love the coffee most... Cost effective, genuine shop.

Pathetic Coffee , I had today ... This was my favorite shop so far.. Don't know why quality was not upto the mark .Instead of coffee , it was a glass full of milk...
Reduced the rating from 5 to 3... They should match up customer expectations.

Greggs are always good value for money but the staff at most outlets are.....errrm ....not likely to be joining MENSA anytime soon. This store is no exception and orders can be slow and you might be asked the same question three times.
Good service. Better food then Mc Donald's.
I work there, and I see all staff are trying to make the customers happy. I'm not gonna talk about the quality of products and services because you know that.
Excellent Service. A lovely man called Chris who works there is fantastic and helpful. So rare in todays service industry.
